New version of export regulations valid from 1st August 2015
The Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1382/2014, which came into effect on 31st December 2014, updates and replaces Annex I of the EC Dual-Use Regulation.
Annex I of the EC-Dual-Use-Regulation determines a uniform list of goods for all member states of the European Union, which constitute so-called dual use goods and for the export of which there is a permit requirement.
